Blackpool faces significant challenges and the Conservatives have only exacerbated our problems, leaving our country and its communities far worse off than when they came to power.

A far cry from promises of levelling-up, the Tories have abandoned the North, cancelling High Speed Rail beyond Birmingham, leaving the NHS at breaking point, schools are crumbling, and public services are on their knees. People’s lives blighted by poor housing, chronic ill health, unsolved crimes and unchallenged anti-social behaviour.
